Welcome to Lunch Bunch. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Lunch Bunch, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Lunch Bunch is a group voting app that helps users decide where to eat. Users can create groups, suggest restaurants, vote on daily options, and receive push notifications about voting reminders and results.

3. Account Registration

To use Lunch Bunch, you must:

• Create an account using a valid email address.
• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Be at least 13 years old.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use Lunch Bunch responsibly. You may not:

• Post offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content.
• Spam groups with excessive or irrelevant restaurant suggestions.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the app.
• Use the app for any commercial purpose without our permission.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access, including creating and managing unlimited groups. No credit card is required to start the trial.

After the Trial

When your trial ends without an active subscription, all groups you manage will be frozen (voting is paused and members cannot vote). You can still join and participate in groups managed by others at no cost. If your managed groups remain frozen for more than 4 weeks, they may be permanently deleted.

Lunch Bunch Manager

Lunch Bunch Manager is a subscription that costs $9.99/year (USD). It lets you create and manage unlimited groups. Members can join and vote in any number of groups for free — only group managers need a subscription.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment: Charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime via your Apple ID Subscriptions settings. No refunds for partial periods.
• Lapsed Subscription: If your subscription expires, your managed groups will be frozen. Groups frozen for more than 4 weeks may be permanently deleted.
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with advance notice. Changes apply to renewals.

6. Content Ownership

Your Content

You retain ownership of restaurant suggestions and votes you submit. By using Lunch Bunch, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and process your content solely to operate the service.

Our Content

All app design, text, graphics, logos, and code are owned by Lunch Bunch and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@lunchbunch.app.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Lunch Bunch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Accuracy or completeness of content.
• That the app will meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunch Bunch and its owners, operators, and affiliates are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the app.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Lunch Bunch harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Lunch Bunch will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except where prohibited by law.
