How do I create a group?

Tap the + button on the home screen, name your group, and share the invite link with your lunch crew.

How do I invite people?

Open your group, tap "Invite," and share the link via text, email, or any messaging app.

When does voting end?

Each daily vote has a deadline. You'll get a push notification reminder before it closes and another when the winner is announced.

Can I change my vote?

Yes! You can change your vote as many times as you want before the deadline. Just tap a different restaurant.

What are daily extras?

Daily extras are one-time restaurant suggestions anyone can add for that day's vote. If a daily extra wins, it's automatically promoted to the group's permanent restaurant list. The group manager can always remove it later.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with full access — create and manage unlimited groups, no restrictions. No credit card required to start.

What happens when my trial ends?

If you don't subscribe, all groups you manage will be frozen (voting paused). You can still join and participate in other people's groups for free — only managers need a subscription. Subscribe anytime to unfreeze your groups.

What is Lunch Bunch Manager?

Lunch Bunch Manager ($9.99/year) is a subscription for group managers. It lets you create and manage unlimited groups. Members can join and vote in unlimited groups for free — only the person who creates a group needs a subscription.

How do I manage my subscription?

Your subscription is managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.

How do I delete my account?

Contact us at support@lunchbunch.app and we will delete your account and all associated data.
